Žiga Rejc studied at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana, where he obtained bachelor and master’s degrees in business studies, as well as at the Faculty of Law. He spent one academic year studying at IESEG School of Management in France. He obtained his PhD at the Faculty of Law on the topic of financial corrections of UE funds under the mentorship of professors Rajko Pirnat and Aleksij Mužina.
